By accessing or using Everdial, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
Everdial is a personal reminder application that helps you remember important dates, make calls to loved ones, and manage gift purchasing for special occasions. The service is provided on a monthly subscription basis.
Everdial provides gift purchasing assistance through our partnerships. When you choose to purchase a gift through the app, you may be directed to Amazon (via our Amazon Associates partnership) or to our partner store at True Technology Australia (trutechnology.com.au). These links may be affiliate or referral links. Everdial may receive a commission from purchases made through these links at no additional cost to you. All purchasing decisions remain entirely at your discretion.
Everdial is offered at $1.00 USD per month. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your Profile page. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use Everdial only for lawful personal purposes and not to store contact information without appropriate consent from those contacts.
Everdial sends email reminders based on your configured settings. While we strive for reliability, we do not guarantee delivery of all reminders. You should not rely solely on Everdial for time-critical notifications.
Everdial is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any missed calls, missed events, or consequences arising from use or non-use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid in the past 30 days.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time, which will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Founding Member Benefits: If you cancel your subscription or delete your profile, you will permanently lose all founding member benefits, including your locked-in subscription price and lifetime access to current and future features. If you choose to resubscribe in the future, you will be subject to the pricing and terms in effect at that time, and founding member benefits will not be reinstated.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Australia.
